By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with Central Florida Pressure, LLC ("CFP," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

CFP provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, including house washing, roof cleaning, driveway washing, and more. Services offered and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Quotes and Payments

  • Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. If not accepted within this period, they may be subject to change.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Non-Payment: If a client refuses to pay for services rendered, they will owe the full cost of the job, plus all court fees, and an additional 25% inconvenience fee on top of the total sum.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted price may apply if sufficient notice is not given.

  • Refund Policy: All payments are final unless otherwise specified in writing. In cases of service dissatisfaction, CFP will work with clients to resolve concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must:

    • Provide clear access to the work area by removing vehicles, furniture, or obstructions.

    • Ensure an adequate water supply is available and accessible.

    • Notify CFP of any sensitive areas, surfaces, or materials requiring special care.

  • CFP is not liable for delays or incomplete services resulting from failure to meet these obligations.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • CFP is not liable for damages caused by:

    • Pre-existing conditions, including loose, chipped, or peeling paint, rust, rot, or corrosion.

    • Aging, brittle, or compromised surfaces (e.g., wood, stucco, shingles, vinyl).

    • Landscaping, plants, or hardscape features affected by cleaning solutions or high-pressure washing.

    • Subsurface installations (e.g., underground utilities, sprinkler systems) unless disclosed beforehand.

    • Acts of nature (e.g., weather conditions) before, during, or after service.

    • Water intrusion into improperly sealed windows, doors, or vents.

    • Electrical issues caused by pre-existing faults or water exposure.

6. Service Limitations

  • No Guarantee of Results: While CFP uses professional techniques, certain stains (e.g., rust, oil) may not be fully removable.

  • Special Surface Waiver: Fragile surfaces may require written client approval before service. CFP is not liable for damage once approval is given.

  • Algae and Mold Treatment: CFP removes visible buildup but does not guarantee long-term prevention unless a maintenance plan is in place.

7. Maintenance Plans

  • Clients opting into maintenance plans must adhere to the agreed schedule. CFP reserves the right to adjust pricing or scope based on property condition at the time of service.

8. Promotional Communications

By signing any form or booking services, you agree to receive promotional emails and text messages. Clients may opt out at any time by messaging or emailing CFP.

9. Photography and Marketing

  • CFP may take before-and-after photos of services for marketing or training purposes. Photos will not include personal information. Clients must notify CFP in writing if they do not consent.

10. Insurance Coverage

  • CFP maintains insurance coverage for pressure washing services. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Damages caused by pre-existing conditions or client negligence are not covered.

11. Weather and Scheduling

  • Services may be postponed due to adverse weather. CFP will reschedule at the earliest available opportunity.

  • Emergency or same-day services may incur additional fees, disclosed before work begins.

12. Payment Plans

  • For larger jobs, CFP may offer payment plans. Clients must adhere to the schedule. A late fee of 5% may apply to missed payments.

13. Force Majeure

  • CFP is not liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions).

14. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Osceola County, Florida.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Clients agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with CFP before pursuing legal action.

  • If unresolved, disputes will proceed through mediation or arbitration in Osceola County, Florida.

16. Non-Disparagement Clause

  • Clients agree not to post false or defamatory statements about CFP, its employees, or services. Concerns should be resolved directly with CFP.

17. Modifications to Terms
